Sparta Cricket are delighted to announce the signing of South African professional Tristan Janse van Rensburg ahead of the 2026 season.
Tristan Janse van Rensburg has agreed to join the Club which will see him feature in Sparta colours in both the Hoofdklasse One Day comp and the Topklasse T20 from April.
On signing for Sparta Cricket, Janse van Rensburg said: “I am looking forward to the season and give my all for the team.”
Born in Pretoria, South Africa, Van Rensburg brings domestic experience playing for Northern Cape. The left-handed batter made his debut for the Heat against Border in October and most recently featured against Limpopo where scored 90 runs in January.
Sparta Cricket’s, Martijn Snoep, added: “We are absolutely thrilled to welcome Tristan to Sparta. The Club is looking forward to seeing the impact Tristan can make for us in both the Hoofdklasse and T20 during his time with us in the 2026 season.”
